With almost 20 years of experience in the water industry, Phil has worked across operational optimisation, capital delivery, asset performance, and research and development. His work focuses on ensuring innovation delivers measurable impact by connecting emerging technologies, behavioural insights, academic research, and industry partnerships with real-world business challenges. Phil is passionate about creating the conditions where innovation can thrive across organisations and is leading the implementation of Anglian Water's innovation strategy, which promotes innovation as everyone's responsibility. He works extensively with water companies, academia, start-ups, and international partners to accelerate the adoption of new approaches that improve outcomes for customers, communities, and the environment. |
